Super Bowl
2005
(premier division tournament).
The Super Bowl winning team gets 150K gp and the runner up get 100K gp. This money is added to the normal winnings for the game. Along with the eternal fame of winning this prestigious tournament, the head coach of the winning team gets to sign the contract of a player specially recruited and trained by Lucky Lukes Recruitment Agency (Remember, for all your player needs, come to Lucky Lukes!). This new addition to the team can play at any position (he does count toward position players), but he can not be an ally or a Big Guy. He can start on a b-team, but has to be promoted to the A-team before the next Super Bowl! After all, Lucky Luke wants to show off for the advertising factor, and this star player wants to show off as well. The player starts with +ST and +AG but with 0 spps. Additionally, the player is so talented, he can re-roll all his skill rolls when he reaches a new level (if the head coach isnt satisfied with the first roll). The runner-up also receives a gifted player. Although slightly less gifted, this player starts with 0 spp, +MA and +AG, and can also re-roll his skill rolls when the head coach so chooses. These players cost 50K (winner) and 30K (runner-up) higher then the original cost of the player type selected. If the players are still on the b-team when the Super Bowl comes back around, the players will break contract and go to the FA market, refusing to play for their previous team. They love the game, and know a wise head coach would love them!
