This
season's tournament could be dangerous... A very old and
sedentary Red Dragon (not to mention a little crazy as
the rumors say) discovered the blissful joy of watching
Blood Bowl on Cabal Vision. Nothing is better than
watching live action, though, and he eventually created
his own tournament, sending magical emissaries to invite
the most powerful teams to compete. After the success of
the first edition of his tournament and the recent
discovery of his new abilities, he reiterated the
invitation, this time hoping for even more enjoyable
carnage and delectable veteran Blood Bowl players...
The
winner of the tournament will be granted an item of his
choosing taken from the dragon's hoard. By offering a
veteran player (51+ spp's), the winner will also be
granted a wish if he so desires. The runner-up
team will get 300,000 gp, but will be given a choice as
well. The choice to surrender the 300,000 gp and a
veteran player (51+ spp's) for one of the remaining
magical items, after the winner takes what he desires.
The team can also choose a wish instead of an
item. Only a tasty meal will convince the Dragon to grant
something to the runner-up...
