Well after a 5 year hiatus Ghostdance game back to the pitch. The rust was pretty obvious early on. That and his cards were pretty painful early. He had Spite, Grudge Match and Away fans banned so even after 5 years our crowd still was not able to see the game.

The Ghostdance received the kickoff and we where able to set up our cage in the middle of the pitch. First few turns where pretty boring we gave 4 ko's and not a single cas. We had the Lumberjacks down to 6 players on the pitch and decided since it was a fun game not to stall and score.

Our defense setup was horrible and all of his Ko's came back onto the pitch so we lost our player advantage. I was then worring more about his 1turner than i should have and let him set up fairly simply. That and his first three hits all took players off the pitch and into the Ko box. He was able to get a TD fairly easy with a couple of GFI's and i was able to finally get a cas so the first half ended score 1-1 1-2 cas count my lead. Unfortunitly his one cas on me was an MNG on my str 5 Thrower.

2nd half started with a perfect defense for me so i thought i had a pretty good shot at getting the ball and scoring on D but then he was able to get the ball to his 1 turner and score in 1 turn. As a side note let me say that i really really hate 1 turners. I mean can't we just kill them all they are suck a pain especially in FF matches with no wizzes. But thats just a commentary. So the Lumberjacks took a quick 2-1 lead. He then got a BLITZ on kickoff but luckily the ball went OOB and i was able to score pretty easily. Still should have took a little more time than i did and try to take more players off the pitch but it was a friendly comeback game so just went for the score. I did kill one of his guys and took another in the injury box but not enough to really make a diffrence. So i got it to 2-2 and then he was able to make another quick score. I really need to work on my D cause it is just not working so far. he took it to 3-2 and i figured at worse i would be able to tie it up and would be happy with that for all my foolish mistakes. He started with only 10 payers on the pitch and maybe it was rust maybe it was the case of beer i drank but i left an opening in my cage and he made a nice blitz which i got push push/pow on the DT then he got a POW on his 1db was able to pick up the ball and get it to his 1turner who was just out of reach.

In the end it was a nice game i really didn't play that well and need to really get back to thinking in the game rather than playing kill kill kill. Cause in the FF games you don't get to kill everyone. But it was fun. Thanks for the comeback game MTKnife i can't wait for the rematch.
