(17 May 2007) Nurgle are officially available in a changed form (see the races page). Additionally, Nurgle and Undead adepts have the extra power of allowing "true" Undead or Nurgle players to recover from a KO on a 3+ instead of a 4+. [more]

(17 Feb 2007) Khel will be assuming control of the OLBBL.com web site when it is renewed this year. Stetto has decided to get out of the loop altogether. Khel has paid the full renewal cost and expects to have FTP access to the site starting early next week. Blatant touchdown trading violates the CoC
(29 Oct 2006) Teams agreeing to run up the score by blatantly allowing one another to score multiple uncontested touchdowns are in violation of paragraph two of the Code of Conduct and will be subject to penalties. [more]

Loans Banned / Free Agent Restrictions
(28 Sep 1999) Teams are not allowed to loan money to other teams. All player sales must go through the Free Agent system. Teams are limited to hiring a maximum of 2 Free Agents per season. A coach may not hire a free agent who has previously played for one of his teams. [more]

New Rules For Challenges, Forfeits, and Retirement
(28 Sep 1999) Teams may only challenge teams who have a TR of at least 75% of theirs or a TR over 300. Limit of 2 challenges per season. No substitutions. Forfeit penalties are harsher. Abandoned games may be declared as forfeits within 48hrs. A coach may freely retire one team per season. [more]

OLBBL Up and Running on New Site
(30 Jun 1999) The new site is a database-driven site running on an NT/IIS server. One of the nice things about this is that coaches can now do some of their own maintenance and post data directly to the database. Coaches will need a user account to get into some areas of the site. If you have not yet completed the Coach Information Form and do not have a user account, contact a league commissioner. [more]
