3.37 Stand Firm
| 3.371 When a player with Frenzy
blocks a player with Stand Firm, a pushback result forces
another block attempt just as if the Stand Firm player
had moved. 3.372 When a player with Horns and Frenzy is blitzing, he loses his Horns bonus after the first hit against a Stand Firm player. 3.373 A pushback result does not end the action of a player with Stand Firm when that player is Diving Tackled. 3.374 When choosing the square that a player is pushed into, empty squares must be chosen over occupied squares or out of bounds. Out of bounds must be chosen over an occupied square. A square containing a non-Stand Firm player must be chosen over a square containing a Stand Firm player. Prone players with Stand Firm do not lose the skill. 3.375 Stand Firm does not protect you from falling on a failed Go-For-It. 3.376 Strip Ball will work as long as you get a pushback result on the blocking dice, whether or not the player actually gets pushed back or not (IE. He has Stand Firm). 3.377 If a player with Stand Firm fails to Dodge into a square where the ball is, he MUST try to pick it up. |
