3.39 Strong Arm
| 3.391 A player with Strong Arm
may 'dump off' to Short range if they also have the skill
Dump Off. 3.392 Strong Arm does NOT allow a player to throw long passes during a Blizzard. 3.393 A Halfling or Goblin with Strong Arm will throw the ball like a normal player. (IE. Quick Pass -1, Short Pass +0, Long Pass -1, Long Bomb -2) This does mean that the little guy can now throw a Long Bomb. |
