3.292 You may use Pro only during a turn (either yours or your opponent's), not between turns or at halftime. Therefore, you cannot use pro on skills like Regeneration, rolls which take place at Kickoff, or any other roll that does not occur during a turn.

3.293 You CANNOT use a Team Re-Roll counter to re-roll a SUCCESSFUL Pro roll. You CAN use a Team Re-Roll counter to re-roll an UNSUCCESSFUL Pro roll, since there is no chance of re-rolling the original roll more than once.
